The Social Development through Community Action (SODECA) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Kenya. SODECA is dedicated to undertaking programmes that involve the reduction of suffering and upholding human rights and enjoyment of fundamental freedoms among the most vulnerable and the poor in society.
We believe in a society where all people enjoy health and human rights, social justice, and gender equality, and are free from poverty regardless of their age, race, sexuality, ethnicity, disability, occupation, citizenship, social status, or religious background deserve a better, more meaningful life, and live in dignity.
We are dedicated to enhancing and promoting the realization of human rights with special emphasis on economic, social, and cultural rights as a contrivance to achieve health, social justice, and general wellness, and are free from poverty.
